All data are processed by kwantis S.r.l., and are not disclosed to any third party for any purpose. Personal data (such as name, email address, and other personal data voluntarily given by the sender) of users who request various material and/or information (such as marketing brochures, company information, answers to technical and commercial enquiries, etc.) are used only to expedite the user's request.
Our website functionality relies on Information Technology systems and software that collect users' navigation data. This data collection is indeed implicit in the most common Internet communication protocols. As is typical, we log http requests to our server. This means that we know the originating IP (e.g. 18.29.0.1) address of a user agent requesting a URL, the timestamp of the requests, the request method, and other parameters such as the operating system of the user. This data is only used for administration and researching the efficacy of our tools. We do not log the specific identity of visitors. We occasionally analyse the log files to determine which files are most requested. We do not use technologies such as cookies to maintain any information on users. Session cookies could be generated in order to allow protected and efficient navigation on our website.
Logged information is kept indefinitely as admistrative and research material, not disclosed outside of kwantis organization. Aggregate (completely non-identifying) statistics generated from these logs may be reported as part of research results.
Users have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, and has the right to obtain updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data. Furthermore, the cancellation of unlawfully completed data can be required, and all further rights (in accordance with article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003) regarding establishment of contact with the retainer of the data (kwantis S.r.l.) may be exercised.
